Today, the WUB Group combines auditing, tax consulting and legal advice under one roof. This interdisciplinary structure has developed over many years. The origins of the WUB Group date back to the WUB Wirtschaftsprüfung Unternehmensberatung GmbH, founded in 1971. Since then, we have systematically expanded our range of services through specialized entities for financial statement audits (WUB Audit), tax consulting (WUB Tax) and legal advice (MWB). Step by step, this has created a strong, broadly positioned advisory group with clear structures and closely collaborating specialized teams.
